Video Content

Vidly processes your video files to generate workflows and then securely deletes the raw video files and audio tracks from our servers typically within 30 days of processing, unless you choose to retain them in your account archive.

Account Data

We retain your account data (name, email, billing info) as long as your account remains active. Upon request or account deletion, this data is permanently purged from our systems within 90 days.
